形態特徵

• Rhizomes short-creeping, erect.
• Fronds tufted, the stipes short, 6-23 cm long, scaly at base, the scales broadly ovate, 2-3 mm long; laminae oblanceolate, 50-100 cm long; lower pinnae gradually shortened, some with the lowest acroscopic segmehts enlarged; veins in the lobes 6-8 pairs, the two lowest of each group usually anastomosing with those of adjacent groups, forming zig-zag excurrent veins meeting the base of the short sinus-membrane, the next pair of veins meeting the side of the membrane, and the rest passing to the free margin of the lobe.
• Sori medial on the veins; indusia rather large, brown, entire, persistent, minutely hairy or glabrous.

分布

• 台灣 : Growing in forests up to about 1,300 m.
• 世界 : from Himalayas to Taiwan.
